Housing Rights has issued an Invitation to Tender to design, develop and deliver a piece of Legislative Theatre to raise awareness about the cause and impact of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and homelessness, as well as seeking to influence changes in policy and practice. The focus of the Legislative Theatre will be on homelessness prevention and what change needs to occur to prevent homelessness for women experiencing violence in Northern Ireland.
Timescales
- Deadline for receipt of clarification questions: 21 November 2024 at 12 noon
- Deadline for receipt of proposals: 2 December 2024 at 10am
- Meeting with shortlisted tenderers to discuss proposals (Meetings will be held in person at Housing Rights’ office): 16 December 2024
- Approximate contract start date: 18 December 2024
- Initial meeting with Housing Rights, including agreeing recruitment materials for experts by experience: 19 December 2024 (date tbc with successful applicant)
- Legislative Theatre process designed, developed and performed (note Housing Rights will aim to recruit the experts by experience involved by 17 January 2025): 1 January – 28 March 2025 (at the latest)
- Debrief and handover: latest date 31 March 2025
